This work fits the theme of 'cute' perfectly and made me produce an 'aww' sound.

Regretably, kawaii-vector animals are generally all rather similar; i.e. big eyes, small smile, bright colours etc. So this work isn't particularly that original. However, this work adds something in ways of shading and highlights. Overall, three stars.

This deviation is obviously an extremely good example of the catagory 'vector animals.' The lines are crisp and well rounded and give the whole work a professional feel; this proved as no problem for the creator. Also, good use of rather complex shading gives the piece a more realistic feel that would be achieved by using mediocre shading. Overall, technique= 5 stars.

The impact upon first look strikes me as a cute animal staring out at me from a flower smiling. This gives the piece a large 'cute' factor; this enticed me to look at the image further which was a very good thing indeed. The secondary impression the image gave me was a feeling that the animal was mildly upset; this I assume was due to the angle of the eyes and the black line acting as the outer boundary of the eyes; this can still be considered cute. Therefore, I give 'impact' a four star rating.
